The Eutectic Refrigeration System is becoming recognized as the economical and ecological alternative to conventional refrigeration. We recognized early on, the long term value this brings…they are simple, pollution free, and more economical to operate and service than the diesel / gas driven forced air systems. The recent price increases in fuel and renewed concerns regarding air and noise pollution has many of our present and future customers extremely interested in our complete line of Eutectic Cold Plate products.
Our new lightweight body construction also allows the customer to reduce their GVW consideration. Our body design now uses aluminum to replace the heavier steel frames and this weight reduction is even more amplified by not requiring the use of a steel sub frame. The use of this innovative lighter framework also allows for increased insulation densities within floor and ceiling panels. Because of this full panel construction, Cold Car USA has the flexibility of designing custom bodies for the individual needs of our clients. Bodies can be built with any number of side door combinations, rear doors, and flexible and/or moveable interior compartments.
Cold Car USA has made a commitment to researching new technologies that provide innovative solutions to environmental issues. By replacing traditional gas/diesel motors with electricity, we further reduce our product’s carbon emissions.
Cold Car USA is continuously doing research to improve the efficiency and performances of our refrigeration units while always considering the ambient and ecological aspects of our operations. The use of electricity to run the compressors instead of the old gas and diesel motors in itself has a huge effect on our environment. As our beams and cold plates reach temperatures quicker than most, we are also saving electricity. In effect, our products have no negative affect to our environment. We are also currently working with a distributor who is a world leader in the use of propane.
